Job Description:

We're looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong English skills to deliver friendly, efficient, and accurate support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

- Support customers via phone, chat, or email, meeting performance goals
- Own customer issues through to resolution, escalating when needed
- Document interactions accurately and keep customer information updated
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care

Qualifications:

Required:
B2+ English communication skills (minimum)
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems efficiently
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

- ️ Basic computer skills (CRM tools, email, spreadsheets)
