Maple Street ABA is a newly launched ABA therapy company opening across several US states. We are hiring one person to run the entire operational side of the business, working remotely from Colombia on US business hours.

This is the most important hire we will make this year. You will report directly to the owner.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Intake through to authorized and scheduled first session

Prior authorizations, unit tracking and authorization utilization

Scheduling and clinician utilization across a growing caseload

RBT and BCBA recruiting, onboarding and credentialing

The billing handoff and days in A/R

Building the SOPs, trackers and reporting that do not exist yet

A small remote operations team as we grow

WHAT WE REQUIRE

You have run operations inside an ABA company. Not medical billing, not general virtual assistance, not healthcare admin in another specialty. ABA specifically.

You know what happens when an authorization runs out mid-month and how to prevent it.

You understand RBT supervision requirements and why they affect scheduling.

You can hold a full caseload of moving parts without losing any of them.

Your spoken English is clear and easily understood.





You can work US business hours from Colombia.

Experience at a young or fast growing ABA company rather than a large established one

WHY THIS ROLE

Nothing is built yet. You will design how this company runs rather than inherit someone else's system. If you have spent years working inside an ABA operation you knew was broken and you know exactly what you would do differently, this is that job.
