Ken's Gutters
Colombia
Great dispatchers don't just schedule jobs. They keep an entire operation moving.
Schedules change. Crews get delayed. Weather interferes. Customers call. Priorities shift.
The best dispatchers don't wait for problems to become bigger problems. They stay ahead of the schedule, communicate clearly, reorganize quickly, and make sure everyone knows what needs to happen next.
If that's how you work, we'd like to meet you.
About the Role
Ken's Gutters is a fast-growing U.S. home service company managing large-scale gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning projects for apartment communities across the United States. We're looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator based in Colombia to remotely coordinate field service operations in the U.S.
You will take ownership of scheduling and coordinating technicians and subcontractors across an assigned territory, communicating with customers and field teams, resolving scheduling issues, and tracking projects through completion.
This is not simply a customer service position. We are looking for someone who has experience coordinating people, schedules, routes, jobs, or field operations and understands how quickly priorities can change in a dispatch environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage the daily field service schedule for your assigned territory.
- Coordinate commercial service projects across the United States.
- Schedule technicians and subcontractors based on availability, location, project requirements, and travel.
- Communicate professionally with U.S. property managers, customers, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Confirm upcoming jobs and make sure crews have the information they need.
- Respond quickly to cancellations, weather delays, crew conflicts, customer requests, and last-minute schedule changes.
- Coordinate operations across different U.S. time zones.
- Track projects from initial scheduling through completion.
- Maintain accurate job notes and update information across multiple internal systems.
- Follow up on outstanding issues and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Work closely with our U.S. operations and field teams to keep projects moving.
What We're Looking For
Previous dispatch, scheduling, logistics, or field service coordination experience is required.Ideally, you have:
- 2+ years of experience in dispatch, scheduling, logistics, field service coordination, transportation, or a similar operational role.
- Experience coordinating technicians, drivers, subcontractors, installers, maintenance teams, or other field personnel.
- Strong spoken and written English. You must be comfortable communicating directly with U.S. customers and field personnel throughout the day.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage many active jobs and priorities at the same time.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.
- Confidence communicating with different personalities, including customers and field crews.
- Experience working with multiple software systems, calendars, messaging platforms, and job-management tools simultaneously.
- A reliable internet connection and professional remote-work environment.
- A calm, solution-oriented attitude when plans change.
Experience in HVAC, plumbing, roofing, landscaping, construction, restoration, moving, pest control, transportation,
home services, property maintenance, or another field-service industry is highly preferred.
You'll Probably Love This Role If You...
✔ Enjoy solving logistical puzzles.
✔ Naturally think two or three steps ahead.
✔ Like being the person people call when they need an answer.
✔ Can reorganize an entire day's schedule without getting overwhelmed.
✔ Notice problems before someone has to point them out.
✔ Take ownership instead of waiting for someone else to solve the problem.
✔ Enjoy seeing a complicated schedule come together successfully.

- Monday–Friday.
- 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.
- Remote position based in Colombia.
- You will work directly with our U.S.-based team, customers, technicians, and subcontractors.
This Role Isn't for Everyone
This is a busy operational position.
Some days, everything will go according to plan. Other days, a technician will become unavailable, weather will delay a project, a customer will need to reschedule, and several jobs will need to be reorganized at the same time.
If that sounds stressful and frustrating, this probably isn't the right position for you.
Our technicians and subcontractors are the boots on the ground.
You're the person who keeps them moving.
