Creative Designer & Video Editor | AI Content

Full Time | Remote | Americas Time Zones

We are looking for a talented Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our team full time. This person will be responsible for creating and editing a high volume of creative content for our clients, including graphic design, video editing, social media content, digital ads, and AI generated creative assets.

We are looking for someone with strong creative skills, great attention to detail, good English communication, and a genuine interest in using AI to make the creative process faster and better.

What You’ll Do

● Create graphics, digital ads, social media content, and other visual assets.

● Edit client videos and create short form video content for digital and social media.

● Generate images, videos, voiceovers, and creative variations using AI.

● Adapt and repurpose existing client assets into new creative formats.

● Develop creative ideas based on briefs and feedback.

● Follow client brand guidelines and maintain consistency across all assets.

● Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality.

● Learn and experiment with new AI tools and creative workflows.

AI Tools

Experience with the following is a strong plus:

● Higgsfield for video and voiceovers

● Ideogram for image generation

● Flow for video generation

● Gemini for image and creative generation

You do not need to be an AI expert. We are looking for someone with a strong creative foundation who is curious, adaptable, and excited to learn.

What We’re Looking For

● Strong experience in graphic design and video editing.

● A portfolio showing both design and video work.

● Good understanding of visual composition,



typography, branding, and storytelling.

● Experience creating content for social media and digital advertising.

● Strong attention to detail and ability to produce a high volume of quality work.

● Good problem solving skills and ability to work independently.

● Strong written and spoken English.

● Ability to receive feedback and quickly improve your work.

● Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI and new creative technologies.

Compensation & Growth

Starting salary: $1,200 USD/month

The first 3 months will be an opportunity for both you and our team to learn, grow, and evaluate the fit.

Following a successful 3 month performance review, compensation can increase to $1,500 USD/month, based on quality of work, productivity, reliability, ability to work independently, and overall performance.

As your skills and responsibilities grow, there will be opportunities for further compensation and professional growth.

Location Remote: We are open to candidates across the Americas, particularly candidates who can comfortably work within North American business hours and maintain strong overlap with our team.
