Drafter / Revit Specialist

K Construction is looking for an experienced Revit Specialist to support the planning and design process for a variety of construction projects. This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys combining technical drafting skills with creative problem-solving. You will work closely with the sales team, project managers, and construction professionals to develop accurate drawings and help bring customer ideas to life. The right candidate will have experience with Revit, CAD, or similar drafting software and understand how design decisions impact the construction process.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and modify construction drawings using Revit
- Develop accurate plans and details for residential, agricultural, commercial, and custom projects
- Collaborate with sales, project management, and field teams throughout the design process
- Review project requirements and translate concepts into workable construction documents




- Assist with design coordination and project development
- Maintain organized project files and documentation
- Support continuous improvement of drafting and design processes

Qualifications

- Experience with Revit drafting/design software
- Background in construction drafting, design, architecture, or related fields
- Understanding of construction plans, building methods, and project workflows
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both office and field teams
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Bilingual English / Spanish

Compensation

- $8.00 - $10.00 an hour USD (employer pays fees)
- Opportunity to grow with an established family-owned construction company
- Monday-Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST
