Maple Street ABA is an ABA therapy company opening across several US states. We are hiring one person to run recruiting, working remotely from Colombia on US business hours.

Clinicians are the constraint on this business. Every authorized client without a technician is a family waiting. That is the problem you own.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

Sourcing RBTs and BCBAs across the states we operate in

Writing and maintaining the job ads yourself

Screening every applicant by phone, not just reading resumes

Running first-round interviews independently

Closing candidates: offer, negotiation, start date

A clean handoff to onboarding and credentialing

The pipeline as a number: time-to-fill, source quality, offer-accept rate, 90-day retention

Building the recruiting process that does not exist yet, including the ad library, the screening script and the tracker

Growing and managing the recruiting function as we scale

WHAT WE REQUIRE

You have recruited healthcare or clinical staff at volume. ABA is idóneo; behavioral health, therapy staffing, home health and nursing all transfer.

You have run interviews yourself, not just scheduled them.

You know what an RBT is, what the certification requires, and why recruiting a BCBA is a completely different search.

Your spoken English is clear and easily understood. You are on the phone with US candidates every day and you are our first impression.





You are comfortable owning a number and reporting against it.

You can work US business hours from Colombia.

WHY THIS ROLE

Nothing is built yet. You will design how recruiting works here rather than inherit someone else's process, and you will grow the function as the company grows. If you have run clinical recruiting inside a system you knew was broken and know exactly what you would do differently, this is that job.
