Job Title: Senior Engineer - Elasticsearch & Node.JsKey Skills: Elasticsearch, Node.Js, JavaScript, TypeScript, Docker, REST APIs, Portainer.Io, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Datadog, Elasticsearch APM, AWS, GitHub Copilot, GenAI Development, Observability, TelemetryExperience: 5-8+ years of experience.Location: LATAMWork Modality: Remote.At Coforge, we are looking for a Senior Engineer - Elasticsearch & Node.Js with the following profile.Main Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services using Node.Js.- Build, optimize, and manage Elasticsearch solutions, including indexing strategies, Query DSL, aggregations, and search performance tuning.- Design and develop robust REST APIs that support enterprise-grade applications and integrations.- Implement and manage containerized environments using Docker and related technologies.- Support and maintain SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.- Monitor system health, performance, and application telemetry using Datadog, Elasticsearch APM, and observability tools.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex performance, scalability, and reliability issues across distributed systems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and deliver high-quality software products.- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, technical design sessions, and best practice initiatives.- Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and GenAI platforms to improve engineering productivity and code quality.- Contribute to cloud-based deployments and integrations within AWS environments.- Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to development, security, and operational standards.Required Qualifications- 5-8+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering,
