About the Role

We are looking for a motivated WordPress Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in WordPress website development, maintenance, and content management. The idóneo candidate should have a basic understanding of WordPress and a willingness to learn and work on live projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and maintaining WordPress websites.
- Create and update pages, posts, menus, and website content.
- Work with WordPress themes, plugins, and basic customisation.
- Assist with website troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
- Perform basic website optimisation and ensure responsive layouts.
- Support SEO-related website updates, including metadata, headings, URLs, and image optimisation.
- Assist with website testing, QA, and identifying bugs.




- Coordinate with the development and content teams on website requirements.
- Learn and apply WordPress best practices under the guidance of senior team members.

Requirements

- Basic understanding of WordPress, themes, and plugins.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS; JavaScript/PHP knowledge is a plus.
- Familiarity with website management and CMS platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO is preferred.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Students or fresh graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field are encouraged to apply.
