You will support a U.S.-based Support Coordination Agency serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New Jersey. In this role, you will work closely with Support Coordinators to help reduce their administrative workload, allowing them to dedicate more time to the individuals and families they serve. You will assist with member communication, service coordination, provider research, referrals, scheduling, follow-ups, and back-office case support.
This is an on-site role in Barranquilla (Required)
