Why This Role Matters
As our Google Ads Strategist, you’ll own the strategy and performance of paid search campaigns that directly impact client growth. You’ll translate business goals into high-performing Google Ads programs, continuously optimize for ROI, and clearly communicate what’s working (and why) to clients and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute Google Ads strategies aligned to client short- and long-term business objectives.
- Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and remarketing (as applicable).




- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to uncover scalable growth opportunities.
- Write compelling, conversion-driven ad copy and partner with designers to produce effective supporting creative when needed.
- Optimize campaigns daily through bid strategy adjustments, budget allocation, targeting refinements, and ad/landing page testing.
- Run structured A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Scores.
- Track performance using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools; surface insights and recommendations.
- Provide clear campaign updates and reporting on a cadence aligned to client expectations (daily notes + weekly/monthly reporting).
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction.
