Director Luxury Retail Operations – Duty-Free (Colombian Women Only) (High-Tourism Caribbean Market) We are seeking a high-performing female executive to lead large-scale luxury retail operations in a high-end, tourism-driven Caribbean island environment .
This role is ideal for a strategic and operational leader with proven experience in duty-free, luxury retail, or high-volume international commercial environments , capable of driving revenue growth, operational excellence, and premium customer experience .
Location: Caribbean (Relocation Package Included) Talent Pool: Colombian Female Candidates Only (local or international) English Requirement: C1 / C2 Mandatory Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership Lead multi-store retail operations in a high-volume tourism environment Ensure inventory accuracy, shrinkage control, and operational efficiency Implement best-in-class retail processes and SOPs Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth Drive sales performance, margin optimization, and revenue growth Analyze tourist purchasing behavior and integral retail trends Execute promotions, pricing strategies, and commercial initiatives Team Leadership & Culture Lead and develop Store Managers, Supervisors, and Sales Teams Build a high-performance, sales-driven culture Implement training programs focused on luxury customer experience Financial & P&L; Management Full ownership of P&L;, budgets, and cost control Monitor KPIs: revenue, conversion rate, ATV,
