IQ University is an initiative from our Founder & CEO Jeisson Neira, who is committed to education and equal access to opportunities in different fields and countries.
Using our own company as a platform, IQ University provides an opportunity for learning and development to people interested in starting a career in Software Development and Design outside the organization.
The best thing is that at the end of the program, IQ University students will have the option to apply for a freelance position with IQTHINK and become part of our team of talented IQ Thinkers.
What do you need to know?
The most important thing for you to know is that anybody with a passion for Software Development can apply!
We will consider all applications but please make sure you complete all the steps in the process.
1. Send your Resume | CV including your personal info and interests.
2. Please create an Essay telling us about you and why you think this opportunity is a good fit for you.
3. Please keep in mind that we expect IQ University students to have at least 8 hours a week to invest in the online courses assigned.
4. You will also need additional availability every month to meet with our team for a 1-hour learning session twice a month.
5. As you probably already have noticed, we expect you to read in English at a B2 level.â
Not everyone might be picked in this first round but we fully expect to have opportunities down the road in which we can include you.
Requirements
Please consider the following before applying:
- Please make sure you have the time available to study and to attend the learning sessions with our team every month.
- You will be committed to your own learning process and to IQTHINK for a total of 4 months, so please plan accordingly.
- You may be required to present proof of advancement in each stage of the process and you may be required to have random skills testing. We promise to be nice to you all the time!
