Training Schedule
Candidates must be available to attend training during the following schedule

Job Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service through the channels established by the operation.
Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
Maintain highquality service standards and productivity metrics.
Deliver accurate information and create positive customer experiences.
Follow company and client procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
English proficiency level B2 or higher.
High School Diploma.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customerfocused mindset.




Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
