A Social Media Manager at Meroo owns the voice and presence of the brand across every platform where our audience shows up. Youll plan and execute the content calendar, create and adapt content for each channel, and keep an eye on whats actually landing versus whats just noise. Part of the job is staying close to performance data and audience behavior, so decisions come from whats working, not from guesswork or trends for the sake of trends. Youll work closely with the content and growth team, translating brand strategy into posts, videos, and campaigns that feel native to each platform while staying true to Meroos voice.
Key responsibilities
Plan and execute the content calendar across platforms
Create and adapt content for each channels format and audience
Track performance data to see whats actually landing versus whats just noise
Work closely with the content and growth team on brand strategy
Translate strategy into posts ideas, video approach, and campaigns that feel native to each platform. No design or edit skills needed.
Spot trends and opportunities before being asked to Maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels
About you
3 years managing social media for a brand or company
English at a B2 level or above
Used to working remotely with a distributed team
Strong writing and visual instincts, with the ability to adapt tone across platforms
Comfortable working with data to understand what content performs and why
A proactive mindset
Experience with Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
Experience with native platform insights LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and Google Analytics
Experience with Notion or similar project management tools
