We are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable IT Support Specialist to join our team in a fulltime, onsite position. The idóneo candidate will provide technical support for our office, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, software, hardware, and business applications.
Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Install and configure Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools.
Set up computers, workstations, printers, and other office equipment.
Install and configure business applications and software.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and application issues.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve daytoday IT problems.
Configure user accounts, email, and computer access.
Perform software updates and basic system maintenance.
Diagnose computer and peripheral equipment problems.
