Join our Richmond team and become part of a collaborative organization committed to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.At our Columbia clinic, you'll work with a diverse outpatient population ranging from orthopedic and post-surgical patients to individuals seeking care for balance and dizziness disorders, neurological conditions, sports-related injuries, chronic pain, and work-related injuries. You'll have the opportunity to develop meaningful patient relationships while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to helping individuals restore mobility, improve function, and return to the activities that matter most to them. As part of H2 Health, you'll have access to ongoing clinical resources, continuing education opportunities, and a supportive environment focused on professional growth and exceptional patient outcomes.Your Role:Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, strength, and quality of life.Treat a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions,
