This role bridges design and engineering by defining flows, interaction behavior, navigation rules, and component standards that ship reliably across platforms and input methods.ResponsibilitiesDefine UI flows, user journeys, and interaction models for in-game screens and features; produce clear, implementable specsBuild and maintain a scalable UI component system (patterns, components, variants, states) that supports consistent implementationAuthor detailed behavior rules: navigation/focus order, back behavior, input handling expectations, error/empty/loading states, and edge casesCollaborate daily with client engineers and UI artists to ensure designs are feasible, performant, and consistent in-engineSupport iteration and polish: review implementations, provide actionable feedback, and adjust designs based on technical constraints and playtest/QA findingsRequirementsStrong UI/UX foundation with 3+ years of experience shipping digital products or game UIExpert-level proficiency in Figma (components, variants, auto-layout, reusable libraries,
