Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Concord, ON.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for editing video content that promotes ET Transport’s services, brand, and company culture across digital platforms. Day-to-day tasks include assembling raw footage, selecting and organizing clips, applying transitions and effects, performing color correction, and integrating motion graphics and branding elements. The role involves collaborating with marketing and operations teams to plan video concepts, refine scripts or storyboards, and ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.

Editor will also optimize video formats for various channels, maintain organized media libraries, and meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Editing and Video Production skills to manage projects from raw footage to final delivery.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills to ensure consistent, high-quality visual tone across all content.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills to create engaging visual elements and branded assets.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects) is beneficial.
- Strong storytelling ability, attention to detail, and understanding of pacing, sound, and visual composition are important.
- Experience producing content for digital marketing, social media, or corporate communications is an asset.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment in Concord, ON, and manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
