Job Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement innovative solutions.
- Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UX trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX design, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with startups or small businesses.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of front-end development basics is a plus.
