We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to help shape intuitive, scalable, and consistent digital experiences. This role combines user research, interaction design, information architecture, prototyping, and design systems to create experiences that are both user-centered and technically feasible.

The idóneo candidate is a systems thinker who can make high-quality UX decisions, navigate tradeoffs, and communicate design rationale effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will also contribute to the evolution of our design standards and UI component library, helping establish consistency across products and experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct UX research to understand user needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate research insights into clear user flows, information structures, and interaction models.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and clickable prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
- Define and maintain content and UX standards that promote consistency across digital experiences.
- Build, maintain, and evolve the UI component library and contribute to the broader design system.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders to translate business and user needs into effective design solutions.
- Evaluate design alternatives and make informed decisions based on user needs, business objectives, technical constraints, and product strategy.
- Identify and communicate design tradeoffs, risks, and opportunities throughout the product development process.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate research,



ideation, prototyping, and design workflows.
- Incorporate AI prompting techniques into the design process to improve efficiency, exploration, and quality of outcomes.

- Narrative & Stakeholder Thinking: Ability to clearly articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders through compelling communication.
- Information Architecture & Structural Thinking: Strong ability to organize complex information, workflows, and experiences into intuitive structures.

Technical Skills

- Strong understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Solid awareness of frontend technologies and development constraints, enabling effective collaboration with engineers.
- Experience with interaction modeling and designing intuitive user interactions and workflows.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, interface design, and collaborative design.
- Experience using Claude or similar AI-powered tools as part of the design workflow.
- Strong AI prompting skills and ability to leverage AI tools for research, ideation, content, prototyping, and problem-solving.
