We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s growing needs. You will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

● Support Talent Acquisition teams in Miami, Colorado, UK, and Australia.

● Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Juicebox AI, and other tools.

● Coordinate interviews with recruiters and hiring managers across all markets.

● Maintain and update Workday dashboards and reports for the TA team.

● Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

● Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.

● Ensure recruiters properly disposition candidates throughout the hiring process.

● Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.

Requirements

● Talent acquisition or HR administration/coordinator experience ● Strong administration skills with meticulous attention to detail

● A proactive approach and a positive can do work ethic





● Highly discreet with the ability to demonstrate professionalism and respect for confidentiality

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills

● Ability to perform well under pressure and juggle multiple demands

● Workday experience required

● Excellent IT skills and experience using the Google Suite of products

● Someone who is comfortable with working autonomously and as part of a global team

● Ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic, to tight deadlines
