? Billingual Systems & Operations Expert — Remote | Part-Time (20 hrs/week)

Are you the kind of person who loves turning chaos into clean, repeatable systems? A growing US-based business in the sports education space is looking for a hands-on operational partner to help professionalize how the business runs — starting with customer service and the customer journey. This is a remote, part-time role with real ownership and room to build something from the ground up.

? What you'll do:

- Clean up and maintain HubSpot CRM data, fields & segmentation
- Build and manage automated email/text follow-up sequences
- Map the customer journey and document clear, structured SOPs
- Support the development of an LMS-style training program for future hires
- Assist with scheduling and keep event/marketing materials current




- Occasional video editing and social media support (secondary)

✅ What we're looking for:
- Proven HubSpot CRM experience (data cleanup, workflows, automation)
- Strong ability to document processes and create clear, structured SOPs
- Highly organized with excellent written communication
- Comfortable working independently in a solo-founder environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish). English level C1.
