Arvenda is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Structural Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the structural integrity, safety, and code compliance of diverse US-based projects across commercial, multi-family residential, light industrial, and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Structural Design & Analysis: Perform comprehensive design for commercial, multi-family, industrial, and retail developments utilizing timber/wood, structural steel, and post-tensioned concrete.
- Modeling & Calculations: Create detailed structural models, engineering calculations, and technical documentation using RISA, Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Code Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to applicable US Building Codes, including ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC, and NDS.




- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with project managers, architects, and MEP engineers to resolve structural challenges without compromising architectural vision.
- Quality Assurance: Review structural plans, identify potential constructability issues, and implement sound engineering solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 5+ years of proven structural engineering experience on US-based projects.
- Core Software: Advanced proficiency in RISA is required. Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is expected.
- Building Codes: Practical knowledge and application of ASCE 7, ACI 318, AISC, and NDS standards.
- Materials: Experience designing with wood, structural steel, and post-tensioned concrete systems.
- Language Skills: Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English.
