About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Integration Developer to design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and internal and external enterprise systems. You will own integration solutions across the HCM ecosystem, working closely with technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable data flow, data quality, and system performance.

The role focuses on Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, and HDL , supporting key Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) .
- Build and support REST and SOAP-based integrations , including data transformations, mappings, validations, and error handling.
- Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher reports, and HDL (HCM Data Loader) solutions.
- Support integrations across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits .
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, and performance problems, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Support Oracle HCM upgrades, patching activities, and regression testing to ensure integration continuity.
- Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical integration solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation covering integration designs, data mappings, dependencies, and operational procedures.
- Ensure integrations follow appropriate security, compliance, authentication,



and documentation standards .
- Identify opportunities to improve integration architecture, data quality, reliability, and overall HCM processes.

Requirements

- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing Oracle HCM integrations in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and building REST and SOAP integrations.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and HDL .
- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion HCM with internal and third-party enterprise systems.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, particularly Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Benefits .
- Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, and JSON for data transformation and mapping.
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM upgrades, patching, regression testing, and production troubleshooting .
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate complex integration and data issues.
- Ability to work independently, gather requirements, and deliver integration solutions with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have

- Oracle Cloud certification in HCM or related Oracle Cloud technologies.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Knowledge of secure integration practices, including OAuth, encryption, and authentication protocols .
- Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements for HR and workforce data.
- Experience improving enterprise integration architecture and operational processes.
