As a Senior Copy Editor, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of content across a wide range of marketing and advertising deliverables. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will review creative assets, refine copy, uphold brand and editorial standards, and help deliver polished, audience-focused communications.

This role requires exceptional command of the English language, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality content throughout the production process. Responsibilities:

- Review, edit, and proofread a wide range of marketing and advertising content for accuracy, consistency, grammar, and tone.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to brand guidelines, editorial standards, and approved messaging.
- Evaluate creative assets for quality, formatting, content placement, and overall execution.
- Partner with creative, production, and project management teams to support high-quality content delivery.
- Identify and resolve editorial and content-related issues before final production.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a dynamic,



fast-paced environment.
- Contribute ideas and process improvements that enhance content quality and team efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in copy editing, proofreading, content editing, and quality assurance, ideally within a marketing, advertising, or agency environment.
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, style, and tone.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify inconsistencies and ensure content accuracy across multiple deliverables.
- Proficiency with content management systems, digital publishing workflows, and editorial review processes.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and online proofing and collaboration platforms such as Workfront and ProofHQ.
