Qualifications

- 5 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, digital transformation, product strategy, business analysis, operational excellence, or related disciplines.

- Experience leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives that involve business, technology, and operational stakeholders.

- Strong understanding of business process improvement, workflow optimization, and organizational transformation.





- Ability to translate business challenges into structured requirements, actionable plans, and measurable outcomes.

- Knowledge of AI, intelligent automation, digital transformation, and emerging technology trends.

- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and organizational levels.

- Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and consulting skills.

- Experience conducting workshops, discovery sessions, business analysis, and requirements gathering activities.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and drive alignment among diverse stakeholder groups.

- Experience working in agile, fast-paced, client-facing environments.
