Senior Architect – Solution Owner
This role is not eligible for 100% remote work and employees must live within a commutable distance to the office in which the role is based.
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll join a collaborative, outcome-focused capability team that partners closely with clients and cross-functional Slalom engineering teams. In this role, you’ll work alongside product owners, architects, and developers to guide delivery across the full project lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
- Lead small to medium development teams through the full software delivery lifecycle to ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes.
- Define and run project governance models—including team cadence and Agile ceremonies—to drive clarity, alignment, and velocity.
- Translate product requirements into clear, consumable user stories that enable engineering teams to build effectively and deliver value.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies to keep delivery on track.
- Provide clear, data-driven status updates and insights to clients and internal leadership.
- Partner with engineering to validate the technical approach, delivery strategy, and key milestones.
- Prepare and deliver client-ready presentations and work products that support decision-making and progress.
- Travel may be required depending on client needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience leading Agile software delivery as a Product, Project, or Program Manager.
- Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, XP, or Lean) and a track record of facilitating ceremonies.
- Strength in defining and documenting business and functional requirements in iterative development environments.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort driving clarity in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Ability to deliver clear, data-driven reporting and insights to clients and leaders.
