You would be the one to change that.
What you'd own
- Local SEO for two markets: Toronto/GTA and South Florida
- Keyword and content strategy around what homeowners actually type: hard water, PFAS, reverse osmosis, water softeners
- Technical and on-page work on the site
- Google Business Profile, local citations, review velocity, city pages
- Link building that would survive an audit
- One monthly report on rankings, organic sessions and organic leads, straight to me

no waiting for approval to fix a title tag.
You need
- 5+ years in SEO, with rankings you can show me. Not an entry-level role.
- Local and multi-location SEO experience. National-only SEO will not transfer here.
- Hands-on with Search Console, GA4, and Ahrefs or Semrush
- Fluent English. You are writing for homeowners in Canada and the US.
- Working overlap with Eastern Time
- Based in Colombia
We sell into single-family homes where the buyer earns over $100k. We are a luxury home improvement brand, not a plumbing company. Your keywords can be technical. Your pages cannot read like a repair van.
