Seasonal Recruiter – High-Volume BPO

Position Overview

We are looking for a Seasonal Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and support high-volume hiring needs within a fast-paced BPO environment. This role will be responsible for attracting, screening, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process while ensuring hiring targets are met within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume recruitment processes for multiple positions and hiring campaigns.
- Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, recruitment events, and other channels.
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, and overall fit.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to support business hiring demands.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Provide candidates with clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with Operations and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Track recruitment activity, conversion rates, and hiring progress using recruitment trackers and ATS tools.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets, including application, interview, and hiring goals.




- Ensure all recruitment activities follow company policies and employment guidelines.
- Support recruitment events, hiring fairs, and other seasonal hiring initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within a BPO, call center, or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment platforms, or similar tools.
- Flexibility to support changing business needs during peak hiring periods.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience recruiting for large-scale BPO or contact center operations.
- Experience with seasonal or mass hiring campaigns.
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and funnel management.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
