We’re Hiring: SDD / DaaS Technical Lead!
At Praxis, we are looking for a senior professional to lead technology modernization projects for an important financial sector initiative.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in technology.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams, agile squads, or software development factories.
- Strong experience in enterprise software architecture and development.
- Experience with technology modernization and legacy system integration.
- Experience in banking, fintech, payments, or financial systems is a plus.
What are we looking for?
- Strong knowledge of Spec-Driven Development (SDD) and requirements traceability.
- Experience with REST APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger, and API-first / Contract-first approaches.
- Experience with microservices, API Gateway, and event-driven architecture.
- Advanced knowledge of Cloud, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
- Ability to translate business rules and functional requirements into specifications, APIs, development, testing, and end-to-end traceability.
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business teams.
- Advanced technical English.
Hands-on experience applying Spec-Driven Development (SDD) in real-world projects will be highly valued.
