Role Name: Air Travel Advisor- Ticketing Agent (Sabre Experience Required)

Job Scope

- Arrange domestic and international commercial and first-class travel itinerary requests for price quotations, ticketing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for clients to ensure client satisfaction.

Role Mission

- Direct from Client: Assist and lead on all travel itinerary requests for commercial & first class travelers; price quotation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for clients to ensure client satisfaction and air travel success.

- Direct from TA team: Assist and lead on all domestic & first class travel itinerary requests; price quotation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for clients to ensure client satisfaction and air travel success.

- Ensure all flights are charged and invoiced correctly to the client or company that is covering the cost of the sale.

Outcome





- Assist clients quickly and accurately with all their travel needs while uploading the High Class Travel high-level of service.

- Be a resource to clients on days of travel, delays, missed flights and connections, etc.

- Ownership of post-sale customer support and follow-up, ensuring repeat business.

Role-Based Competencies:

- Customer Service; must be able to understand client needs and how to solve problems independently.

- Sabre Expertise; must be proficient in Sabre

- Time Management; must be able to work on multiple requests throughout the work day.

- Communication; must be fluent in English, written and oral.

Schedule: must be available for all shift times and days. We operate on Eastern Standard Time.

Candidates can be based outside of U.S.

- must have solid wifi connection, a dedicated working space at home, and own a laptop and noise cancelling headphones for phone calls.
