Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Coordination

- Support the Country Team in managing and coordinating the local (international) team: goal breakdown, execution tracking, and day-to-day coaching
- Keep the team steady, aligned, and productive — be the stabilizing force on the ground
- Coordinate communication across the local team, the Country Head, and the cross-border HQ team
- Help build team cohesion and a performance-oriented local culture

Project Development

- Lead land acquisition, land negotiation, easements, and rights-of-way, drive land agreements to signature and implementation
- Advance permitting, government relations, and community relationships throughout the development cycle
- Work on the ground at project sites; travel frequently as projects require
- Identify project risks early and drive practical solutions to closure

Deal Origination Support





- Participate in the full range of development work within the deal-origination process: project screening, due diligence coordination, development planning, and commercial negotiation
- Work closely with the Country Team to move projects from early development toward investment-ready
- Coordinate with NOVVA's legal, finance, and technical teams to advance transactions

Requirements

- More than 5 years in renewable energy, energy infrastructure, or land development
- Real Latam project development experience from early development through to delivery
- Colombia experience preferred; with other Latam markets a plus
- Able to work independently in the field with frequent travel and extended on-site presence
- Spanish and Mandarin as working languages, English is a plus
- Willing to travel
