We are a travel agency who is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Product Coordinator with strong organizational skills and a passion for travel. This role will support the development of new travel products, craft compelling descriptions, and maintain our internal database, ensuring our team is equipped to create trips of a lifetime!

Essential Functions

- Update the company database with accurate pricing, logistics, and descriptive information. This includes requesting, receiving, and analyzing pricing structures for various products, and entering them logically into the system.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
- Research, develop, and write engaging descriptions for travel products, including experiences, tours, luxury accommodations, and attractions.

Required Skills and Experience

- Impeccable command of the English language (written and spoken) - C1 English level is mandatory.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills – ability to manage large volumes of information
- Advanced English writing skills,



both creative and professional
- Ability to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- MUST have experience with database management
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness and ability to learn new software and systems
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, including basic math and logic for interpreting pricing data

We are seeking someone with exceptional written English skills and a strong eye for presenting information in a clear, polished, and visually appealing way. If you have a passion for marketing, organizing data to make it stand out, and especially if you have prior copywriting experience and data entry experience—which is a big plus—we would love to hear from you.
