Our Finance Team is looking for Procurement and Administrative Analyst will be responsible for managing indirect procurement activities for DDC Americas, corporate travel administration, supplier management, and administrative support processes. Ensures compliance with procurement policies, optimizes purchasing operations, supports budget control, and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to business efficiency and operational excellence.

What you'll do

- Manage the end-to-end indirect procurement process, including services, operational requirements, and corporate needs.
- Lead supplier management activities, including quotation analysis, supplier evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations.
- Create, monitor, and close purchase orders while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
- Ensure adherence to procurement procedures, audit requirements, documentation standards, and compliance guidelines.
- Coordinate corporate travel, employee services, benefits programs, and SAP Concur administration.
- Develop procurement reports and dashboards, drive process improvements, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to optimize operations.

About you

- professional in fields related to business, administration and finance,
- English level B2
- Over 1 year of experience in administrative or financial positions
- Advanced Excel skills
- SAP knowledge is preferred
- Excellent communication, organizational,
