Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Pricing Analyst to support pricing and commercial activities within the logistics industry. This role will be responsible for analyzing transportation costs, preparing and reviewing rate quotes, maintaining pricing information, and supporting the development of competitive and profitable pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze transportation rates, costs, and market conditions to support competitive pricing decisions.
- Prepare and manage rate quotes for customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Review pricing requests and ensure rates are accurate, complete, and aligned with established guidelines.
- Research and compare carrier and market rates to identify competitive pricing opportunities.
- Maintain and update pricing databases, rate sheets, and other relevant information.
- Analyze historical pricing and shipment data to identify trends, cost variations, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Carrier Management,



and other teams to ensure accurate and timely pricing.
- Identify pricing discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of pricing strategies, contracts, and customer-specific rates.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to pricing, margins, costs, and overall performance.
- Ensure pricing information is properly documented and updated in the applicable systems.
- Perform other pricing and logistics-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

- 6+ months of experience in pricing related roles.
- English proficiency: B2–C1.
- Basic understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
- Experience working with rates, quotes, costs, or pricing information is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
