Role Overview: We are seeking an efficient Payments Officer to handle daily transaction operations, payment gateway monitoring, and funding investigations.

Key Responsibilities:





- Process incoming client deposits and withdrawal requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor transaction queues across PSPs, bank wires, e-wallets, and crypto channels.
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies, failed payments, and routing delays.
- Coordinate with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and internal departments to resolve technical payment issues.
- Apply anti-fraud controls and maintain accurate transaction audit trails.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in payments processing, cashier or treasury operations in retail FX or fintech.
- Solid understanding of payment gateways, electronic payment systems, and banking flows.
- High numerical accuracy and strong problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English; readiness to handle time-critical financial tasks.
