Requirements

• Required – Technical Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender
- Experience in identity and permissions management
- Knowledge of compliance, AI risk management, and agent integration with Microsoft services
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Intelligent Agent

• Responsibilities (Activities to perform)

- Responsible for the administration, governance, and security of AI agents within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Define access controls, security policies, monitoring, and agent lifecycle management
- Configure identities, permissions, roles, and access controls for AI agents using Microsoft Entra ID
- Define and manage governance, security, responsible use, and data protection policies for agents
- Manage agent lifecycle, including configuration,



versioning, deployment, updates, and retirement
- Monitor activity, usage, behavior, and risk events using Microsoft security and compliance tools
- Implement audit, traceability, and compliance controls for interactions and data processed by agents
- Integrate agents with Microsoft services, APIs, and authorized data sources following the principle of least privilege
- Investigate deviations, unauthorized access, and agent-related incidents, coordinating remediation actions
