We’re Hiring! MEP BIM Modeler / Drafter

Are you passionate about building systems, construction documentation, and BIM technology? We are looking for a detail-oriented MEP BIM Modeler/Drafter to join our multidisciplinary team.

If you have a strong background in Revit and AutoCAD and love coordinating complex electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do

- Develop and organize highly accurate MEP BIM models, including ductwork, piping, equipment, and electrical components.
- Produce precise construction plans and documentation based on engineering drawings, markups, and design criteria.
- Coordinate MEP systems seamlessly with architectural and structural models to identify and resolve clashes.
- Manage project files, deliverables, and workflows, ensuring all engineering comments, redlines, and revisions are efficiently incorporated.

What You Bring

- Experience: ~3 years of professional experience in MEP drafting, BIM modeling, or construction documentation.



(Experience with U.S.-based projects and building codes is a strong preferred!)
- Technical Mastery: Strong, proven proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Education: Technical or technological degree in Drafting, BIM Modeling, Building Design, Engineering, or equivalent professional track record.
- Language: Intermediate English (B1/B2) to confidently read construction documents and communicate with international project teams.
- Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and always eager to learn and adapt to new BIM workflows and technologies.

Job Offer

-Salary offer between 3.5 to 4.0 million COP, depending on experience.

-Hybrid work model from Monday to Friday, with availability on holidays as needed.
