We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator with a background in freight transportation, carrier negotiation, and customer service to support the day-to-day operations of a growing logistics company.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipments from pickup through final delivery.
- Manage communication with carriers, drivers, and customers.
- Track and trace shipments and resolve operational issues.
- Negotiate rates with carriers.
- Assist with quoting, documentation, and invoicing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information within Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics, freight transportation, or freight brokerage.
- Experience with rate negotiation, shipment tracking, and customer service .
- Proficiency with TMS platforms and logistics software.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
