The Role:
Logistics Client Support Specialist
Summary of the role:
Responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of sales contracts and inventory positions for assigned clients, ensuring operational excellence, timely deliveries, inventory accuracy, and high-quality customer service. This role serves as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, proactively managing execution risks, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contractual commitments.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a professional to support our Supervisor and Management team in the day-to-day execution of sales contracts.
Main responsibilities include:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of sales contracts and inventory management.
- Act as the main operational liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Ensure timely contract fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and service excellence.
- Manage execution risks, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Requirements:
- University degree (preferably in Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields).
- 4 years of experience in logistics, international trade, or client support, with demonstrated ownership of execution processes.
- Strong knowledge of logistics execution, contract flows, and Incoterms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with Power BI and reporting systems is considered a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of GCA/ESCC is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and business productivity tools.
- Ability to manage complex execution processes and multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Experience handling logistics documentation, inventory positions, and operational controls.
- Excellent organization, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Strong client-service orientation and attention to detail.
Competencies and Aptitudes:
- Proactive and accountable professional with a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Demonstrates integrity, resilience, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach when working across teams.
Language:
- Fluent in local language and English (required for communication with clients and global teams).
- Additional languages are considered a plus.
