About the Role:

You will be the central hub for our entire supply chain network. Using technology and sharp communication skills, you'll ensure seamless coordination between multiple warehouses, carriers, suppliers, and customers. Your home office becomes the command center for keeping operations running smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Virtual Warehouse Management: Monitor, coordinate, and optimize daily activities across multiple third-party (3PL) and company-owned warehouses.
- End-to-End Remote Orchestration: Plan and manage the entire supply chain lifecycle remotely, from procurement to final-mile delivery, ensuring visibility and accountability at every stage.
- Digital Customer & Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary remote contact for key accounts and partners. Provide exceptional service, proactive updates, and swift resolution to issues via email, video calls, and phone.




- Process Improvement from Afar: Analyze performance data to identify inefficiencies in inventory, transportation, and warehouse processes. Develop and implement remote improvement plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner virtually with procurement, sales, and customer success teams to align logistics strategy with business goals and customer promises.

Who You Are:

- A self-motivated and disciplined multitasker who thrives in a remote environment, managing competing priorities across different time zones or regions.
- Possesses strong hands-on experience in logistics/warehouse coordination , with a proven ability to manage external partners and multiple nodes in a supply chain.
- Has a solid customer service background and understands that logistics is a key part of the customer experience.
- An expert communicator with exceptional written and verbal skills. You can convey complex logistics scenarios clearly via email, chat, and video conference.
- A tech-savvy problem-solver who leverages software (ERP, WMS, TMS, Slack, Zoom) to get the job done and isn't afraid to dive into data.
- Knowledge in Hubspot and broker boards for logistics .
