Overview
The Print Designer plays a strategic role in ensuring that all printed deliverables meet the highest technical and creative standards.
They are responsible for optimizing production workflows, leading the execution of complex, multi-market projects, and integrating automation into daily design operations.
Print Designers collaborate with Leads and cross-capability teams to identify opportunities for innovation, streamline file preparation, and maintain operational excellence through data, precision, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume or high-complexity print campaigns.
- Ensure quality and color accuracy across all print materials.
- Implement automated workflows for resizing, proofing, or templating.
- Mentor junior designers and foster collaboration across teams.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and preflight validations.
- Support continuous improvement through process documentation.
- Partner with vendors for print testing, color calibration, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Advance english level (B2+, or higher)
- +3 years in print design and production.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and prepress tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex workflows and lead projects.
Digital
- Portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design skills, including design principles, color, typography, layout, and originality.
- Extensive experience in layout and final file delivery for print and digital media.
- Proven experience in a Creative Designer or related role with a solid portfolio of creative design projects.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout approaches.
- Has assisted with the creation and upkeep of brand guidelines for consistency.
- Experience creating alter graphic assets.
- Proven experience producing sketches, storyboards, roughs, and mockups to visualize ideas.
- Able to support the development of creative strategies and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent tools (Figma)
Print
