We’re expanding our team and looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support medical‑legal operations in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
? Locations: Bogotá, Medellín, Barranquilla, Cali, Armenia, or Bucaramanga
? Schedule: Monday to Friday — 07:30 AM to 4:00 PM COL time
? On-site role
? Bilingual position (Advanced English C1)

? What you’ll do

Accurately enter and update data in our case management system
Maintain and organize both digital and physical records
Verify data accuracy and correct inconsistencies
Collaborate with legal and medical professionals to gather required information
Ensure all data complies with legal and company standards
Support additional administrative tasks as needed

? What you need to succeed

High school diploma required (additional data entry certifications are a plus)
Proven experience in data entry or similar roles




Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and data entry tools
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Advanced English level (C1) – mandatory
