Role Description The Junior Project Engineer is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of telecommunications and IP solutions projects. This role involves assisting senior engineers with project design, preparing technical documentation, and helping manage project timelines and deliverables.

The Junior Project

Engineer will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to gather requirements, monitor project progress,



and ensure adherence to technical specifications. Daily tasks include performing basic technical analyses, supporting configuration and testing activities, and providing clear communication on project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Engineering and Electrical Engineering skills relevant to IP and telecommunications solutions.
- Candidates should possess Project Management and Project Planning skills to support coordination of tasks, resources, and schedules.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Basic understanding of IP networking, VoIP, and cloud-based communication services is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project needs.
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., project management software, documentation tools) is an advantage.
