Modalidad: Hibrido, 2 dias a la semana
Reporta a: Gerente de Intake
Salario: COP $5.000.000 mensuales a COP $6,000,000 + prestaciones de ley + oportunidades de crecimiento internacional (Primeros 2 meses de contratista)
Position SummaryThe Legal Intake Specialist is responsible for engaging with prospective clients through phone, email, text, chat, and other communication channels. The idóneo candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people, can build rapport quickly,
and possesses outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
This position works closely with the Intake Manager, attorneys, and legal staff to ensure qualified prospective clients receive a seamless and professional intake experience.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients.
- Answer inbound calls, emails, chats, and text messages professionally and empathetically.
- Conduct detailed intake interviews to gather information regarding each prospective client's legal matter.
- Evaluate potential client eligibility using established intake guidelines and firm procedures.
- Accurately document client information within the firm's case management and CRM systems.
- Schedule consultations with attorneys or legal representatives.
- Explain the firm's intake process and documentation requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients regarding missing information or documentation.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions.
- Escalate complex legal or client concerns to supervisors or attorneys as appropriate.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all firm policies and ethical requirements.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and client service expectations.
- Collaborate with legal and operations teams to improve client experience and intake processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in customer service, sales, intake, call center, or client support.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish trust and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
- Strong professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a law firm or legal environment.
- Previous law intake experience.
- Experience using CRM or legal case management software.
- Bilingual in English (B2 or better) and Spanish.

Work EnvironmentThis position may be performed in an office or remote environment. Candidates should have a professional workspace, reliable internet connection, and the ability to effectively communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email. The pay range for this role is:
- 5,000,000 - 6,000,000 COP per month (Bogota, Colombia)
