JOB SUMMARY The Human Resources Business Partner will support the HR function in the region including talent acquisition, organizational planning, compensation and benefits and employee training, while supporting HR strategic planning efforts. Will manage the day-to-day operations of human resources, as well as the administration of the human resources policies, procedures, and initiatives. Will act as HR focal point that works directly with the People Manager and leadership dedicated staff, providing advice on HR best practices and general administrative matters.

Will also act as an internal HR consultant to help to build organizational capacity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Collaborate in the definition and implementation of strategies that align with corporate objectives.
- Assess staffing needs as required. Identify and help to select and recruit new and replacement staff including scheduling of contract extensions, new contracts, and necessary terminations to accomplish for workforce planning.
- Execution of the processes associated with the Compensation and Budget area (head-count control - direct as well as temporary workers- personnel movements, individual salary increases, updating of job descriptions), to contribute to guarantee the permanence of the personnel of the business area within an environment of internal equity and competitiveness in the market.
- Coordinate and execute the activities defined by the Reward Management (grants, recognitions, discount agreements for workers, among others).
- Advise the Business Areas in the definition and implementation of the necessary actions and practices to ensure an adequate organizational climate, contributing to the Company being perceived as the best option of a high quality of life at work for each of the workers.




- Coaches line managers to be able to deliver operational Employee Relations issues e.g. grievance, disciplinary matters.
- Advises line managers on involuntary / voluntary exits, performs exit interviews.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws in coordination with local offices for regional staff

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 - 4 years of working experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist for the commercial department.
- Solid understanding of strategy, policies and processes related to Talent, OE, Reward.
- Proven ability to persuade, influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring and relationship building skill.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and is committed to self-development.
- Resilience / tenacity to deliver results in an environment of ambiguity.
- Spanish and English fluency required.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

- In-depth knowledge of Colombian labor legislation and best practices in talent management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
