At Omnicom Production, we are looking for a Bilingual Temporary Graphic Designer who understands that craft is more than execution. It is a discipline that defines the quality of the brands we build.

You will be responsible for bringing every asset, whether static or motion-based, to a global standard, ensuring consistency, aesthetic precision, and excellence in high-demand environments.

You will work across projects spanning different categories and markets, where your impact goes beyond visuals. You will help build systems, scale ideas, and elevate the creative standards of the team.

What You'll Do

- Execute graphic design and basic motion assets for digital, ATL, and print campaigns at a general standard of quality.
- Translate creative ideas into strong, consistent, and scalable visual systems designed for high-volume production.
- Contribute to the evolution of key visuals and visual concepts by bringing thoughtful design judgment and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Adapt and version assets across multiple platforms and markets while maintaining visual consistency at all times.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment with demanding deadlines, balancing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Content, Accounts, and Operations to deliver impactful and production-ready solutions.
- Prepare and validate final artwork according to rigorous technical specifications.
- Serve as a guardian of brand guidelines, ensuring accurate implementation across all touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve workflows, and enhance Studio efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of experience in agencies, studios, or large-scale production environments.




- Strong experience in graphic design and basic motion design, with a clear focus on high-quality execution.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign) and Figma.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly developed aesthetic judgment.
- Strong understanding of art direction, composition, typography, and color theory.
- Ability to interpret strategic briefs and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- English proficiency at a B2 to C1 level.
