We're looking for a General Accountant to join our team in Bogotá and support our operations across the United States and Latin America. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with multinational operations, international taxation, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

- Manage and oversee accounting operations for the U.S. and LATAM entities.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. federal and state tax regulations, as well as applicable LATAM requirements.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and accounting partners across multiple countries.
- Support accounting processes related to logistics and freight forwarding operations.
- Manage bank reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable in multiple currencies.
- Assist leadership with budgeting, financial analysis,



and cost control initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local accounting regulations.

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA/Public Accountant)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax regulations
- Experience supporting multinational or regional operations
- Advanced English (written and verbal)
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ERP systems (CargoWise experience is a plus)
- Logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding industry experience is highly desirable
