Position Summary

We are looking for a bilingual Front Desk Healthcare Specialist to support a growing medical clinic as the first point of contact for patients. You will manage scheduling, handle patient calls, and promote clinic services with a warm, professional manner.

This role suits someone confident on the phone who is comfortable in a healthcare setting and can handle patient information with care.

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Mountain Time

Key Responsibilities

- Patient Scheduling: Manage appointments and confirmations for practitioners and patients.
- Call Handling: Handle inbound and outbound calls with a professional medical demeanour.
- Service Promotion: Introduce and recommend clinic services and supplements to patients where appropriate.
- Records: Process administrative and financial records accurately within clinical systems.
- Compliance: Ensure all patient interactions and records adhere to HIPAA standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Full verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting.




- Confident communication style, comfortable recommending services to patients.
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy.
- Available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Mountain Time.
