What You’ll Do
As our LCL Export Operations Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
Preparing weekly load plans for rail and ocean consol shipments
Processing dock receipts and managing freight documentation
Filing AES, submitting forwarding instructions to carriers
Coordinating with shippers and arranging pick-ups to various CFS
Monitoring damages and managing hazardous cargo documentation
Managing billing, pre-alerts, and keeping customers updated on all milestones
We build weekly consolidation boxes to destinations like Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Honolulu, and more—leveraging our own IPI rail programs and partner facilities.
Key Requirements
✔Experience in export operations (FCL preferred)
✔Knowledge of INCO terms and export documentation
✔Advanced English communication skills
✔Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
✔Experience with AES filing and freight booking platforms
